STAGE - workexperience
At
school one can study culinary art, but you will improve just by
practice. According to all our basic and advanced course didactic
programmes, the internship will take place in qualified restaurants
where, putting at stake one's abilities, will be possible to improve
one's skills and to “steal” the tricks of the
chef's trade.
The choice of the place (or of the places) where
the internship will take place is due to the personal preference
and field of activity: meat, fish, game, pasta, pastry, wines, following
the pupil's desires.
In at least 3 or 4 stars restaurants.
Accommodation and full board are included.

Beyond the internship related to the mentioned courses,
the Internship Service for students and chefs having already Italian
cookery skills offers the opportunity of running internship, ranging
from 30 to 180 days, according to the availability
and the interests.

In all of the cases, the internship service guarantees:

tutoring, also for the organisation of tours around Italy.
Visit
of the main Italian excellent products factories.
